Located in Brampton, Ontario, the Goreway Power Station is a 875 MW natural gas fueled combined cycle facility that provides electricity to Ontario's power grid, primarily during intermediate and peak demand periods. Capital Power acquired the facility in 2019 and is proposing new energy projects to enhance its power generation and capacity.
