Marvin Kopstick Scholarship

Summary

This scholarship was established by colleagues and friends in memory of Marvin Kopstick who passed away suddenly in May 1997. Reflective of Mr. Kopstick’s extensive involvement in his community, this scholarship will be awarded to up to five Year 4 students who demonstrate significant involvement in their community while registered at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy. This includes (but is not limited to) contributions made, on a volunteer basis, to not-for-profit organizations or associations, educational institutions, long-term care facilities and hospitals, and your groups. Excluded from consideration is involvement in UPS and/or Class Council activities, and volunteer activities in the pharmacy work place. In addition, recipients must have achieved at least Second Class Honours in each of Years 1, 2 and 3, and must have achieved at least Pass standing in all Year 4 courses.
