Scholarships

To be awarded to a student enrolled in the First Medical Year, chiefly on the basis of the candidate's academic attainment in his or her premedical studies. The Committee will in addition consider the personality of the candidate and the degree of his or her financial need

Bequest of Helen Eunice Stubbs (UC 1933) in memory of her father, Samuel James Stubbs. These awards (variable in number and value) are to assist students in third and fourth Years whose programs of study include courses in classics and/or English. The basis of the decision will include financial need, professional interest and academic ability. Eligible students are automatically considered.

The Samuel James Stubbs Fellowship is the bequest of Helen Eunice Stubbs (UC 1933) in memory of her father, Samuel James Stubbs. This award is designed to assist a graduating student to pursue graduate study in classics and/or English inside or outside Canada. In selecting a recipient, the committee will be guided mainly by the candidate's financial need, professional interest and academic ability.

To be awarded to a student in a specialist program in Management, who has achieved the highest mark in MGTC42.

To be awarded to (a) Full time, undergraduate student(s) at the Faculty of Law on the basis of financial need.

Awarded to a graduating student in the Specialist or Major Program in Art History who has achieved the highest cumulative grade point average in his/her undergraduate courses.

Awarded to the graduating student with highest overall A standing who has completed the Specialist Program in Philosophy.

Created by Raymond and Sylvia Santin in honour of their daughter Marina (USMC 9T3) who was killed in a bicycle accident shortly after graduation. Awarded to a woman of the graduating class of St Michael's College with a good academic record and in the opinion of the selection committee, a person who has distinguished herself by an active and constructive involvement in the life of the college and who exemplifies the Christian ideals of joyful engagement in life, openness to others, service to the community and responsible leadership.

This award is disbursed as part of the University of Toronto Financial Aid (UTAPS program). To be awarded on the basis of financial need to a student entering an undergraduate program directly from secondary school. Academic merit will also be considered. Preference will be given to a student demonstrating high academic achievement in their final year of high school.

To be awarded to a student in any year of the medical program with demonstrated financial need and satisfactory academic standing. Applications will be made available to students in late August.
